В общем, прошил пустую nand, приставка запустилась нормально. Всё работает как было. Прошивал с "retail" (почему - не знаю)
Но при считывании всё равно выдаёт
"Bad block detected in XelL image area (0x00-0x50)
This may cause the console to not boot properly
If this occurs, replace the NAND TSOP chip and if needed,
rebuild the image using the Donor Nand Creator"
